The Diamond Cottage / Il Casale dei Rombi
The Diamond Cottage is an ancient rural stone farmhouse, now finely restored. It is located just outside the park, close to the Villa, and is part of the property surrounding the estate. It offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with carefully designed, welcoming interiors. Situated near the Villa’s south gate, it is set among olive groves on terraced land of about 10 hectares, enriched with fruit trees and broadleaf trees.
On the sunny side of the Diamond Cottage, facing towards Spoleto, a panoramic swimming pool has been created for the exclusive use of guests. Like the house itself, the pool enjoys breathtaking views and an atmosphere of peace and privacy.

The Interiors
Questo edificio, di impianto più lineare, è disposto sul lato nord ovest della collina, con un magnifico affaccio al tramonto sulla valle verso Montefalco e Assisi.
L’Annesso, tradizionalmente chiamato il Casino delle Vecchie Cucine, è un edificio autonomo di tre piani dove originariamente si trovavano le antiche cucine e gran parte dei servizi della Villa.
