RITA GENTILE 

Born in Umbria with southern origins, she has a unique cheerful and youthful aptitude. Grown up in the best traditional umbrian cuisine, she run  a fresh past laboratory for 10 years, testing and developing a great experience.

She has been cooperating with Villa Pianciani and the ACMP projects for more then 10 years, organizing severa international classes of italian and umbrian cuisine.

Her receipts are based on tradition and use of the best local products, according to the season and the umbria territory offer.
